acab brik returns with new single ‘all the right ways’

Produced by no gods (aka Em Foster of Nervus/Milk Teeth).

Fresh off of the release of debut EP ‘winter singles’, acab brik (aka Joey from itoldyouiwouldeatyou) is back with brand new bop ‘all the right ways’, out on Beth Shalom Records.

Produced by no gods (aka Em Foster of Nervus/Milk Teeth), the track marks the first half of upcoming double A-side, ‘a million awful vol. 1’.

Discussing the release, no gods explains, “When the first lockdown happened I hit up Joey and asked if they wanted to hear some stuff I had been making because I was playing around with what I could make remotely and in a somewhat confined space. We’d been on a tour together and they kept ad-libbing over the Nervus samples during soundcheck. It was really cool to make music that is somewhat outside of my technical comfort zone in terms of production, re-working a Nervus tune and building something entirely from scratch. I love how it was so naturally collaborative and democratic.”
