Listen: Cage The Elephant Unveil ‘Come A Little Closer’ Single

Kentucky-founded group Cage the Elephant are set to follow-up their ‘Thank You, Happy Birthday’ record from 2011 with a new release later this year.

‘Melophobia”s due out via RCA (USA) & Relentless (UK) before the end of 2013. Lead track ‘Come a Little Closer’ was unveiled las night on Radio 1’s Zane Lowe Show - it’s set to be available to purchase from 13th August on iTunes.

‘… Little Closer’ is an all-out standout single if ever the band possessed one (and they’ve produced plenty from their locker), rejoicing in a rapturous ‘come on, come on, come on’ mantra before the first minute even passes.
