Norwegian producer Cashmere Cat has been absolutely prolific in 2013. As well as turning out fantastic remixes for the likes of Miguel and BenZel, he has also been making music under various other monikers, one of them being Trippy Turtle. Having uploaded just a handful of tracks on the Trippy Turtle Soundcloud, Diplo got in touch asking for a mix for his Radio 1 show last weekend, and needless to say, the turtle did a damn good job.

The hour-long mix focuses mostly on the booming, sample-heavy beats of Jersey Club music, with producers such as DJ Tray, the hilariously named DJ Yolo Bear and Trippy Turtle himself remixing the likes of Justin Timberlake’s ‘Senorita’, Justice’s ‘D.A.N.C.E’ and Daft Punk’s ‘One More Time’ among others to mind-bending effect. Whether you’ve ever heard of Jersey Club or not, this will get you out of your seat within a matter of seconds and is worth a listen if only for that amazing ‘Senorita’ remix.
