Listen: FAMY Announces New EP, Stream ‘Donkey’
Colossal oddball pop heads up a 12 on Transgressive, out this March.”

Newly signed to Transgressive Records, FAMY - a band who spent a good two years between selling out a single and returning with new music - have announced an EP out this March, headed up by the twisted anthemia of ‘Donkey’.
Fronted by Bruce Yates, the band boasts members of fellow pop-realigners Los Porcos. While the New Pork City residents could be accused of holding onto a disco ball for dear life, FAMY opt for a different routine. There’s a clanging sense of togetherness in ‘Donkey’, charged up on folk without the bitter Mumford aftertaste.
Listen to FAMY’s ‘Donkey’ below. The 12’ is out on 10th March. FAMY take to a London residency next month - dates below.
FEBRUARY
06 The Gunners, Highbury
13 The Grosvenor, Stockwell
25 St. Moritz, Soho
MARCH
06 New Empowering Church, Hackney
