Listen: Forest Swords Streams ‘Thor’s Stone (Lee Scratch Perry Remix)’

The crazy dub elements that crop up in Forest Swords’ ‘Engravings’ full-length have come full circle. One of Matt Barnes’ biggest influences - Lee ‘Scratch’ Perry - has taken on the ‘Thor’s Stone’ track, working his magic via a recording put together in Jamaica.

A tribal, explorative original is sent into even deeper, more deranged territory. If dub elements were few and far between on ‘Thor’s Stone’, they’ve since been shifted to the very centre.
