& The Asphodells have shared the second side to their new, collaborative single.

First arrived ‘Before Your Eyes’, alongside news that the XL signings were combining forces with Andrew Weatherall and Timothy J Fairplay. Following on from the giant, lumbering first half is ‘Velo’, which again stretches over the nine minute mark and puts more emphasis on keen experimentation than striking direct pop. There’s no maracas or on-stage palm trees to be found here - just smart, all-enveloping application of new ideas.

‘Before Your Eyes’/’Velo’ is released on 31st March through Telophase.
