Listen: Honeyblood Announce Debut Album, Stream ‘Choker’
Scottish duo release their S/T debut album on FatCat this May.
Scottish duo Honeyblood were part of Neu’s recent Hello 2014 shows in London, and they’re wasting no time in living up to the billing.
A self-titled debut album has been confirmed for 19th May, out via FatCat. Lead track ‘Choker’ is a brutal, spitting preview, half-sarcastic, half loaded with a thick fog of relentless guitar-led rejoice. Produced by Peter Katis, the track’s up there with last year’s ‘Bud’ in balancing brattish charms with scene-stealing hooks.
