Listen: Hugh Unveil ‘Look Back In Laughter’ Track
New London group features Joshua Idehen from Benin City on vocals.

are a new London group consisting of Andy Highmore, Joshua Idehen (of hip-hop poets Benin City), Tino Kolarides and Izzy Brooks. Back in September they arrived with debut track ‘Not Fair Too Far…’, a ‘cool to the bone’ introduction that didn’t slack off on tunes just because of its slick aesthetic.
On new track ‘Look Back in Laughter’, Idehen leads vocals, rhyming ‘yoda’ with ‘corona’ and ‘Leona’ in an opening verse that should, on paper, be a disaster, but coupled with Brooks’ sweet-as-sugar vocals and sparse production, a flick is switched and it becomes a ferocious pace-setter, perfect for midnight London walks, all introspection.
Listen to Hugh’s ‘Look Back In Laughter’ below. They play Notting Hill Arts Club tonight (on at 9pm).
