‘Waves Of Ok’ is the forthcoming EP from Psychologist. The EP will be released as an etched 12’ vinyl on Not Even/Moshi Moshi Records in March 2011.

The recording is part one of a two-parter, to be named ‘Epidural’.

All of the tracks were recorded in a one-day sitting at St.Matthias Parish Church, Stoke Newington. You can catch Psychologist at that very same church on 16th March 2011 with a 12-piece choir.

The two parts are very much in a Dr Jekyll & Mr Hyde-esque fashion, with the first part centering around taking care of someone guardian angel style, and the second half a more sinister, electronic exploration of all things dark and twisty. Including Lady Macbeth.

S’pose we ought to have seen that one coming, really.
