Listen: SZA Unveils ‘Childs Play’ Track Featuring Chance The Rapper
Top Dawg signing SZA backs up hype with this XXYYXX-produced new track.
New Jersery singer SZA has already stolen the show in 2014 with guest spots on the Isaiah Rashad record. Recently signed to Top Dawg Entertainment - home to Kendrick Lamar, Schoolboy Q and more - her latest solo effort picks up a star guest-spot from Chance the Rapper.
Chance has recently cropped up on a Skrillex track, a Mapei remix, as well as yesterday sharing a mess-around experiment from his new home studio (being partly shared with James Blake). Now he’s cropped up on ‘Childs Play’. Produced by XXYYXX, it’s pretty much the ultimate slow jam, slickly laid out beats backing up whispered vocals, layered on top of one another.
It’s released on 8th April.
