Listen: Tirzah Streams New Mixtape ‘What’s The Time’

Greco-Roman signing Tirzah’s warped, ultra-inventive pop has gained another standing in the form of the ‘What’s The Time’ mix, containing 7 tracks worth of new material from the producer.

Tirzah recently released the ‘I’m Not Dancing’ EP, with Micachu’s Mica Levi collaborating on a couple of tracks. Mica herself (and long-associate Kwes) have always been ones for releasing oddball mixtapes like this.

The new ‘What’s The Time’ mix is self-professed as a ‘HEAT MIX’. Virtually beatless in places, it’s a collision of looped vocals, drenched in echo effects, backed by toy-like instruments that offer a trance-like distraction.
