Psych-heads get expansive for the lead track on their new album.
Psych expansionists Wooden Shjips have shared the lead track from their new ‘Back to Land’ album, which comes out via Thrill Jockey on 11th November.
The lead, title-track is a scuzzed out giant - as per the band’s usual stance - getting by on drifting organs and a woozy rejoice, with vocals stirring in and out of consciousness like an old guy in a rocking chair, falling asleep on his front porch.
