M83 confirmed for Portugal’s NOS Alive festival
Anthony Gonzalez-led band are working on a new album.
M83 have confirmed their first festival appearance of next summer.
The Anthony Gonzalez-led group will appear at NOS Alive, which celebrates its 10th birthday on 7th-9th July 2016. He’s the only name to be confirmed so far, and he’ll lay the NOS Stage on 9th July.
M83 recently confirmed that he is currently in the studio, with a new record due in 2016. He’s just released previously out of print records ‘Digital Shades’ and ‘Saturdays = Youth’, on both CD and LP. Released in 2007 and 2008 respectively, ‘Digital Shades’ marks the point at which French musician Anthony Gonzalez moved into more ambient territory.
