Mapei schedules in first ever London headline show

Swedish popstar Mapei - real name Jacqueline Mapei Cummings - has announced details of her highly-anticipated, first ever London headline show.

She’ll play London Cargo on 2nd July, following the release of her new single ‘Don’t Wait on Columbia, 30th June.

Last year saw ‘Don’t Wait’ pick up over a million plays following the previous EP ‘The Cocoa Butter Diaries’.

“I was really tired of rapping on homemade beats,” explained Mapei in a recent DIY interview/ “I just wanted to do something more polished. I love ‘Cocoa Butter Diaries’. It’s really important to me. I needed to let that out but I wanted to do something more fluffy poppy, more beautiful and feminine.”
