Mark Hoppus appears on new McBusted track ‘Hate Your Guts’

The Blink 182 vocalist has teamed up with the pop supergroup for a cut from their forthcoming record.

Never ones to be too scared by the idea of blurring the boundaries between pop and, well, everything else, McBusted have teamed up with pop punk connoisseur Mark Hoppus - you know, that one with spiky hair from Blink 182 - for a brand new track.

Taken from their forthcoming debut album, the latest track to be revealed wasn’t just co-written by the Blink frontman, it features some of his vocals too.

The song, ‘Hate Your Guts’, happens to be the first of two tracks on which he’s collaborated with the band’s Tom Fletcher and Dougue Poynter - the other being ‘Sensitive Guy’ - while other guest writers featured on the album include All Time Low’s Alex Gaskarth and Weezer’s Rivers Cuomo. Put that in your pop punk pipe and smoke it.

The latest song to be taken from ‘McBusted’ can be heard below. The band’s album gets released on 1st December on Island, ahead of a huge UK and Ireland tour scheduled for next March and April.
