Mark Hoppus Posts Lyrics To New Blink 182 Song

Blink 182’s Mark Hoppus has posted lyrics to a new song online.

Via his Facebook profile the bassist claims the words are a first draft for a ‘fast, Apple Shampoo-ish jam’. You can check them out below.

Earlier this year drummer Travis Barker claimed the new Blink 182 album would be turned in ‘in June or July’, though the former now looks doubtful.

‘The stuff’s awesome,’ Barker told MTV in February. ‘It’s coming close, to the point where these are completed songs and they’re not going to change. These are album versions.’

At the time Barker claimed the band had ‘five, pretty much, songs’ finished. ‘I wish I could play everyone the songs now,’ he revealed. ‘Like I said, they sound awesome.’
