Merchandise and Dum Dum Girls join forces for ‘Red Sun’

One year on from releasing albums of their own, Merchandise and Dum Dum Girls are joining forces for a collaborative single.

‘Red Sun’ b/w ‘Echo’ is released on 27th November via Sub Pop, and the lead cut is streaming below. It finds Dum Dum Girls’ Dee Dee on confident verse duties, while Merchandise’s Carson Cox barrels in with a baritone for the chorus. The result of this team up is a happy marriage between both bands’ sounds, finding an edge in dark, atmospheric pop.
