Metronomy schedule live return for May 2017
The band will return to the stage for three shows in Glasgow, Manchester and London.
Metronomy have confirmed plans to return to the stage next May, two years after their last live show.
Joe Mount will be joined by his bandmates - Oscar Cash, Gbenga Adelekan, Anna Prior and Michael Lovett - for three shows in May 2017, concluding in a huge slot at Brixton Academy.
They’ll be making stops in Glasgow and Manchester before their appearance in the capital. Whether or not they’ll be airing cuts from their latest record ‘Summer ‘08’ - since Mount specifically said the band wouldn’t be touring it - is still yet to be revealed but fingers crossed, ey.
The tour dates are as follows.
MAY 2017
16 Glasgow ABC
17 Manchester Albert Hall
19 London Brixton Academy
Pre-sale tickets go on sale on Wednesday 2nd November at 9am, before tickets go on general sale this Friday (6th November).
