Metronomy share ‘Back Together’
Hear the thunderous opening track from ‘Summer 08’.

Metronomy have unveiled ‘Back Together’, the opening track from new album ‘Summer 08’.
Linking up with ‘Old Skool’, this new track finds Joe Mount in rude form. It tells the story of young romance blooming in art school, and the frontman even mimics a flirty corridor conversation (with hilarious consequences).
Elsewhere on his new album, Mount teams up with Mix Master Mike and Robyn, with Erol Alkan on mixing duties for ‘Hang Me Out to Dry’.
Metronomy won’t be playing any shows around the record, but Mount plays a ‘Summer 08’ DJ set at Field Day this weekend (11th-12th June).
