METZ unleash ‘Spit You Out’ video
Taken from the band’s latest album ‘II’, the track’s clip revels in METZ’s live mania.

Canadian firestarters METZ have revealed a new music video for ‘Spit You Out’, the crushing new single from their ace latest record ‘II’.
Black-as-you-like clips of their furious live shows are quick-cut together in disorientating fashion, lending the whole thing a dizzying, breathtaking edge. It’s in perfect keeping with ‘Spit You Out’’s hundred-mile-an-hour thrashing punk - stream it below.
Following our five-star review of ‘II’, we teamed up with METZ to offer up a limited edition zine accompaniment, illustrated by the talented hands of the band’s drummer Hayden Menzies. More on that here, and dive into the influences behind the band’s sound with their recent Upbringing interview here.
