South African star Nakhane released his new album ‘You Will Not Die’ last year, and has now shared a new collaboration with ANOHNI.
The new track - ‘New Brighton’ - will appear on a deluxe version of the 2018 LP, set for release on 22nd February via BMG. It comes complete with a fancy new video.
“Having ANOHNI - a musician who created a tectonic shift in my life - is still unbelievable to me,” Nakhane says of the collaboration.
“I wanted her to sound like an ancestor in the song: “Never live in fear again”. Such a simple line, but sung by that voice, it becomes Biblical.”
