New Birkenhead festival Future Yard announces Anna Calvi, Bill Ryder-Jones and more for its first year
Nilufer Yanya, Stella Donnelly and more are also set to head to the Merseyside town.
Future Yard - a new festival taking place in Birkenhead - has announce the bill for its inaugural year, headlined by Anna Calvi and local boy Bill Ryder-Jones (whose track, ‘Two to Birkenhead’, will surely go down a treat).
They’re joined by Stella Donnelly, Nilufer Yanya and Forest Swords, alongside a buzzy supporting cast including the likes of Pottery, Squid, Audiobooks, Black Country New Road and more.
Taking place across four venues around the area on 23rd and 24th August, the event will also feature more artists, DJs and “weird Wirral wonderment” (we’ll leave that to your imagination…) TBC.
Tickets are priced at £40 for the weekend and are on sale now.
