New group Summer Moon feature members of The Strokes and Au Revoir Simone
Group’s first gig was in December for Like member Tennessee Thomas’s birthday.

Details have emerged of a new group called Summer Moon, created by former Like member Tennessee Thomas and features The Strokes’ Nikolai Fraiture, Au Revoir Simone’s Erika Spring and Lewis Lazar. Last month Tennessee Thomas held a birthday party in a Brooklyn bar, with the group playing what could be their debut gig.
So far the details include the performance at Baby’s All Right and a website, though recently Au Revoir Simone and Nikolai Fraiture have collaborated on a cover of Mazzy Star’s ‘Fade Into You’. The new group’s set up includes Fraiture on vocals and bass, Lewis Lazar on guitar, Erika Spring on keyboards and Tennessee Thomas on drums.
Head to Summer Moon’s website here and listen to Au Revoir Simone cover ‘Fade Into You’ with Nikolai Fraiture here.
