The Strokes schedule 'Reality Awaits' 2026 world tour • News • DIY Magazine

Having last week unveiled details of their much-anticipated seventh album ‘Reality Awaits’ (due out on 26th June via Cult Records/RCA Records), The Strokes have now followed up their big announcement with news of a 2026 world tour.

Due to kick off in June with a Bonnaroo headline set, the run will see the indie icons make stops in cities across North America - including two nights at Colorado’s legendary Red Rocks Amphitheatre - before hitting Japan, the UK and Europe throughout summer and into autumn.

They’ve lined up a crack team of support acts to open for them on each night, too: varying across the tour, The Strokes will be joined by Thundercat (whose new album ‘Distracted’ has just landed), Hamilton Leithauser, Fat White Family, Alex Cameron and ÖLÜM.

Presale opens tomorrow, 15th April, while tickets will go on general sale this Friday, 17th April. Mark those calendars - and in the meantime, remind yourself of their returning single ‘Going Shopping’ here:
