Pianos Become The Teeth announce new album ‘Keep You’

The band will release their third album through Epitaph Records this October.

Three years on from the release of their sophomore record, 2011’s ‘The Lack Long After’, post-hardcore quintet Pianos Become The Teeth have returned with a brand new record in tow.

Titled ‘Keep You’ and due to be their first release through new label Epitaph Records, the Maryland five-piece will unveil their third full-length on 28th October.

Teaming up with Will Yip - the man behind records from Braid, Title Fight and more recently, La Dispute - who took on production duties, the band’s latest effort was recorded over four weeks in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania, and boasts ten tracks, which give a more varied glimpse into the band’s abilities than on previous records.

“I took a less unbridled approach to the songs this time around,” vocalist Kyle Durfey has said in a press release. “That’s what I felt the songs called for and in my heart it matched the tone of the record.”

The tracklisting for the record is as follows.

Ripple
April
Lesions
Old Jaw
Repine
Late Lives
Enamor Me
Traces
Queen
Say Nothing

The band have also revealed the first cut from their forthcoming record, in the form of ‘Repine’. Listen to it below.
