Portishead schedule Latitude warm-up show
The band have announced plans for a show in Cardiff ahead of their headlining slot at this weekend’s fest.
Ahead of their slot headlining this year’s Latitude Festival, Portishead have scheduled a special warm-up show.
The band, who will be closing the Obelisk Arena on Saturday evening (18th July), have now confirmed plans to play at The Great Hall in Cardiff University this Thursday (16th July).
Tickets for the show are on sale now online, and in person from Bristol Ticket Shop.
Portishead will be joined by the likes of Alt-J and Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, who will also be headlining this year’s Latitude. Elsewhere across the line-up, you’ll find the likes of Caribou, The Vaccines, La Roux, Drenge, Wolf Alice, James Blake and Laura Marling.
This year’s weekender takes place from 16th to 19th July at Henham Park in Suffolk.
DIY is an official media partner for Latitude 2015. We’re also putting on the Alcove Stage across the weekend, featuring Josef Salvat, Nao and Real Lies.
