Latitude 2015
Watch fan shot footage of Portishead and Thom Yorke teaming up at Latitude 2015
The Radiohead frontman appeared during Portishead’s encore last night, before playing his own secret set.
Last night, Portishead headlined Latitude 2015, with Thom Yorke joining them in the encore. If you read our report from the set, you might remember.
“Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke, already revealed to be playing a late-night ‘secret’ set at the festival, joins the band onstage for a joyous rendition of ‘The Rip’, his and Beth’s voices swooping under and over each other. It’s introduced with a lot less pomp than it undoubtedly deserves, but that which it doesn’t need. Portishead do it perfectly.”
Now, fan shot footage of the collaboration has started to appear online. You can check out some of it below.
