Premiere: Watch: Minor Alps Unveil ‘Waiting For You’ Video

Late last year, Juliana Hatfield and Matthew Caws (of Nada Surf) released their gorgeous, intimate Minor Alps LP ‘Get There’ on Ye Olde Records. If there’s one track that epitomises the full-length, it’s ‘Waiting For You’; a sweetly-told, straightforwardly honest number that expresses the ins and outs of a relationship better than any Alain de Botton essay.

An accompanying video stars Philippe Rebbot and Julie Gayet (the French Oscar nominated actress who’s been on frontpages in her home country of late but, above anything else, gives a brilliant performance in this video). Emilie and Sarah Barbault direct, portraying two individuals leading separate lives, each missing a special someone.
