RAT BOY airs debut video for ‘SIGN ON’

RAT BOY has unveiled his first ever video in the shape of ‘SIGN ON’. Self-directed and shot by Jacob Harris, it’s a berserk summation of everything this Essex newcomer’s about.

Real name Jordan Cardy, the new kid on the block has dedicated this video to Morrissey. Inviting in his live band, it shows RAT BOY travelling around in a knackered old car, decorated in Burberry patterns. Sitting on the bonnet, getting chased by giant floating balls, it makes the boredom of suburban life seem like a source of strange inspiration. Good thing the police didn’t spot him driving, mind you - definitely speeding.
