Red Hot Chili Peppers To Headline Isle Of Wight Festival 2014
Biffy Clyro and Calvin Harris are also on the bill for this year’s June 2014 fest.
This year’s Isle of Wight Festival (taking place on 12th-15th June), has announced its newest headliners in the form of Red Hot Chili Peppers.
This’ll be the Anthony Kiedis-fronting band’s only UK festival appearance of the year, with the group calling it a ‘lifetime opportunity, following in the footsteps of Jimi Hendrix and The Doors.’
The band added, ‘we intend to make it really special,’ saying they ‘jumped at the chance’ to play the fest.
Also playing: Biffy Clyro, Calvin Harris, Rudimental and the 1975.
Weekend tickets are priced at £190, with individual day tickets going for £75.
