Back to Black (Friday) Refused announce ‘Black Friday’ EP, ‘Servants of Death’
The US release will be out 25th November.
‘Black Friday’, a concept us Brits are just getting our tiny islander heads around (via people fighting for cheap TVs in supermarkets) is also something American Record Store Day takes part in, with a mini version of what happens on Actual Record Store Day on 25th November.
Returning Swedish rockers Refused have detailed their Black Friday release, an EP titled ‘Servants Of Death’, featuring two studio tracks and four live recordings. The title track comes from 2015 album ‘Freedom’, while ‘Stolen Voices’, the second studio number, featured on that record’s Japanese release.
Live footage comes from sets in Hamburg and Antwerp. The track listing is:
Servants Of Death
Stolen Voices
Thought is Blood (live)
Dawkins Christ (live)
The Shape of Punk to Come (live)
Tannhäuser / Derivé (live)
