Listen to Robyn’s new single ‘Missing U’
The track - previewed earlier this week - was shared as Annie Mac’s Hottest Record on Radio 1.
It’s here! After teasing her comeback for a while now, and previewing her new single via a mini-documentary this week, Robyn has finally made her comeback!
New single ‘Missing U’ was shared as Annie Mac’s Hottest Record on Radio 1 just now, and looks like the first preview of an upcoming new album.
The upcoming album will be the singer’s first in 8 years, following 2010’s ‘Body Talk’.
Back in May, Robyn said the album would be released “sometime this year, honey” to a fan. ”It’s not finished yet but it’s almost there,” she added.
She worked on the track with Joe Mount of Metronomy and long-time collaborator Klas Åhlund, who’s worked with Charli XCX, Madonna and more.
“‘Missing U’ is a song about this trippy thing that happens when people disappear, it’s like they become even more clear and you see them everywhere,” Robyn says of the song.
