Rose Gray shares new single ‘Happiness’

Rose Gray has released a new single, ‘Happiness’. Co-produced by Eats Everything and Eli Brown, you can listen to the song below.

The song was originally released on Gray’s EP ‘Higher Than the Sun’, which came out in February this year on PIAS.

Speaking about ‘Happiness’, Gray has said, “There’s no denying I’m a late 90’s baby with my heart very much in the underground club scene. I take massive inspiration from the euphoric and pure nature of iconic 90’s records. ‘Happiness’ is just that reimagined in 2023 style”.

‘Happiness’ includes a reference to Deee-Lite’s 1990 classic ‘Groove Is in the Heart’.

Gray recently appeared at The Great Escape in Brighton and at Live at Leeds, and she is set to play the Mighty Hoopla in London on 3rd/4th June.
