Warble of the worlds
Sam Smith can talk again, reschedules world tour dates
Saucy warbler is back in the game.
After a fairly miserable few weeks where he couldn’t talk - and had to express himself through impromptu and slightly over-the-top Twitter reviews of his own record - Sam Smith can officially speak again, and all is well.
The saucy warbler suffered a haemorrhage in his vocal cords back in April, and he was forced to reschedule dates in Australia.
Since recovered, he’s now been able to reschedule those dates, promising that the saucy warbling will continue long into 2015. He’ll now play Perth Arena on 28th November, before heading to Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane as the year closes out.
“I’m unbelievably excited to get back onstage and perform for you all again, and I promise it will be so much better than it would have been before when my voice was damaged. The past few months have been incredibly difficult, but the support, love and patience my fans have shown me is absolutely unreal,” Smith told fans.
