Scroobius Pip To Reveal New Material At One-Off London Show

Scroobius Pip will reveal songs from his brand new solo project with a single show at Hoxton Bar & Kitchen on August 18.

With work on a new dan le sac Vs Scroobius Pip album due to start next year, Pip has been working with a host of collaborators for his solo record and upcoming tour this September.

‘I’m very very excited to be previewing the solo material that I’ve been working on for the first half of this year,’ says Pip. ‘This project has seen me working with loads of really exciting people, putting together a new sound that combines the spoken word and hip hop influences that have always been present, with some harder, noisier influences from growing up listening primarily to punk and hardcore music.

“At this stage I can’t reveal too much about the record other than that it’ll be out in September and it will be released on my own label Speech Development, and the promise that I will sneak you all
some tasters before that time comes.’

Tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday 17.
