See Broods cover Katy Perry’s ‘Dark Horses’

When they’re not putting their name to dazzling synth pop tracks, New Zealand duo Broods are a dab hand at acoustic versions. Back in July, Caleb Nott revealed his guitar wizardry for a Latitude session of ‘Mother & Father’. This time round, the duo visited 2 Day FM’s studios to perform a cover of a Katy Perry smash hit.

Caleb and Georgia took on ‘Dark Horse’, applying a stripped back aesthetic to conquer the original.

Broods released their debut album ‘Evergreen’ in NZ this year, topping the charts. The album’s anticipated for an early 2015 release in the UK.
