Show Me The Body unleash ferocious new cut ‘Trash’
The Queens punk trio strike again.
Queens’ loudest banjo-wielders Show Me The Body have unleashed new ‘un ‘Trash’ - a raging, glitching onslaught of spluttering noise, and sonic muddle.
The first musical taste of a new mysterious project called Corpus (meaning ‘body’ in Latin) the song is led by a viciously free-wheeling Julian Cashwan Pratt, letting loose a tirade of half-comprehensible rage.
Last year Show Me The Body hosted a bunch of New York shows in a city residency and dubbed the whole affair ‘Corpus Mixtape’. There’s a bit of a pattern emerging with this whole Corpus malarkey, then, and last week the band appeared to tease an actual physical mixtape release too.
Listen to the ferocious ‘Trash’ below.
