Sigrid shares vibrant ‘Sucker Punch’ video
The recently released track comes ahead of the Norwegian’s UK headline tour.
Sigrid returned at the start of the month with bombastic new single ‘Sucker Punch’ ahead of a UK tour.
Since then, the Norwegian pop star has played the song on Jools Holland and given Four Tet the keys to the track for a new remix, and ‘Sucker Punch’ now has its own video!
A vibrant, bustling clip, the new video sees Sigrid dancing her way through a night, walking between a motorway, several parties, and even a running track. We don’t know how she fitted it all in, tbh.
“The video is a bit mad, and that’s the whole point, as there’s a lot going on in the song,” she says of the clip. “It’s filmed in London and the set design was so good, what a team. I hope people have fun watching it; and dance, sing and laugh. If you’re wondering if you can buy the Sigrid Tacos…we should make that happen!”
Sigrid is heading out on a UK headline tour next month, which includes a huge London gig at Brixton Academy.
She’ll then support George Ezra on his arena tour next year. View the dates and watch the ‘Sucker Punch’ video below.
