Single Mothers are off the ‘Leash’ in their new video

Back in June, Canadian punks Single Mothers released their new album ‘Our Pleasure’, an album that was ultimately born from singer Drew Thomson spending a year floating around Ontario doing odd jobs, eventually finding the 9-5 a grind.

You know what’s never a grind though? Dogs. And Single Mothers’ new video for ‘Leash’ appropriately contains all of the doggos in one place as they’re let loose. The band perform in a darkened room in-between shots of packs of dogs roaming free. There’s no dark twist at the end either, you really can enjoy the sight of dogs running around to the tune of their slow-burner. Happy Friday!

In November, the band will set off on a tour of the UK, where they’ll be heading to Brighton, London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow, Leeds, Nottingham and Cardiff. After that, they’ll be headed around the continent to play shows in the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany. Tickets are on sale now.
