Sky Ferreira makes film debut in The Green Inferno

Sky Ferreira has made her film debut in The Green Inferno. The Eli Roth-directed horror film first screened two years ago at the Toronto International Film Festival, but it comes out in the U.S. on 25th September. Sky Ferreira plays Kaycee, the best friend of protagonist Justine.

Meanwhile, Sky Ferreira is also at work on second album ‘Masochism,’ and recently said she’s “having more fun” writing music. Speaking to i-D she said “You know how people have that pressure for their second album? I had that for my first album. It’s still intense, but there isn’t this big build up in my head.”

The follow-up to debut ‘Night Time, My Time’ has been in the works for months, and it’s expected to come out in late 2015 / early 2016, with single and short-film ‘Guardian’ due out this summer.
