Slam Dunk Festival Reveals Initial Line-Up
Annual festival sees Taking Back Sunday take on the headlining slot.

Slam Dunk Festival have unveiled the first set of bands set to playing at this year’s events, with headlining duties being given to Taking Back Sunday.
The New York five-piece will be making their exclusive UK festival appearance as they headline the seventh annual festival.
“We can’t wait to head over to the UK to play Slam Dunk Festival,’ says frontman Adam Lazzara, of their spot on the line-up. ‘It’s a bunch of great bands, some we’ve played with and others we have not, so it’s gonna be cool getting to see and meet everyone. Hope to see y’all there!”
Also set to appear are Architects, Every Time I Die, Cancer Bats, Set Your Goals, Make Do And Mend, The King Blues, Mayday Parade, Forever The Sickest Kids, The Audition.
Slam Dunk Festival 2012 will take place at both Leeds University and Hatfield’s University Of Hertfordshire on the 26th and 27th May, respectively.
Tickets go on sale this Friday (17th February) and will cost £32.50/£36 (with aftershow.)
