SOPHIE shares a video for ‘Ponyboy’
The self-directed clip features performance duo FlucT.

In October, producer SOPHIE re-emerged with a brand new solo single, ‘It’s Okay To Cry’, a vibrant, thunderous track that was accompanied by a self-directed video from SOPHIE herself.
Now she’s back with another new one, ‘Ponyboy’. Unlike ‘It’s Okay To Cry’, it’s a juddering, crushing slice of electro-pop that’s characterised by mechanical stabs and deep, warped vocals that shudder in the glitchy mix.
It’s accompanied by another self-directed video from SOPHIE, who is joined in the clip by acclaimed performance duo FlucT. Much like the track itself, the clip itself is also harsh and industrial, as the threesome play out a simulated, dramatized ménage à trois in front of massive visuals.
