In a statement posted this evening to social media, Spring King have announced their split.
The band, who released debut album ‘Tell Me If You Like To’ back in June 2016, and its follow-up, ‘A Better Life’ in August this year, have also cancelled their forthcoming shows in London and Manchester.
The explanatory post thanks fans for their support, and says they “will take that sense of positivity and energy forward into whatever we do next.”
The band were famously the first played on Apple’s Beats 1 radio station by DJ Zane Lowe.
The affected live dates are 19th January at London’s Kentish Town Forum and 26th January at O2 Ritz in Manchester.
