Spring King stream ‘They’re Coming After You’ EP in full

Post-joining Courtney Barnett on an epic run around the country, Spring King are streaming their new EP in full.

‘They’re Coming After You’ contains blitzing lead single ‘City’ and a more sweeping title-track, which DIY premiered last month.

Together, these songs represent Tarek Musa and co.’s most assured move yet, a brilliantly barmy combination of fuzz-drenched garage punk and suburban uneasiness. Three previously unheard tracks appear on the release. ‘Dream Boy’ is a mid-apocalypse thunder-strike, ‘Early Bird’ embraces the band’s weird side and ‘In All This Murk and Dirt’ finds peace in space age oddities.
