St Vincent, Sky Ferreira, Warpaint, Alt-J and more create art for radio auction

Following on from last year’s ‘Brush With Fame’ project, which saw the likes of Vampire Weekend, Iggy and The Stooges, Perfume Genius and Foals commissioned to create artwork for a fundraising auction led by FBi Radio, the Sydney-based radio station has once again asked alternative rock’s heavy-hitters to put their best fabric marker doodles to canvas in the name of funding the independent, not-for-profit station.

These collected drawings come from an extensive list of studio guests that include St Vincent, Sky Ferreira, Warpaint and Alt-J.

Beginning today, the station is auctioning all 33 of these limited edition pieces on eBay. Anyone is free to bid with the auction lasting until December 2 and all proceeds going to the upkeep of FBi Radio.
