Debut
The Districts to release debut album, ‘A Flourish and A Spoil’ in February
The band also share song, ‘4th and Roebling’.
The Districts have announced details of their debut album - set for release in early 2015.
The Pennsylvania newcomers will unleash ‘A Flourish and A Spoil’ via Fat Possum on 9th February, with them also sharing one of the songs from the record, ‘4th and Roebling’ - named, they say, after the first intersection on which they parked when playing New York City.
The album was recorded with ‘St. Vincent’ (among many other records) producer John Congleton.
A limited edition release - including four-track bonus CD - is available now to pre-order from Rough Trade.
The Districts play London’s Hoxton Bar & Kitchen on Wednesday (5th November).
