News The Gaslight Anthem Set To Support The Killers At Wembley

Peanut butter and jelly, salt and pepper, The Gaslight Anthem and The Killers. It feels like such an obvious match - what with their unquestionably similar musical reference points - that we're not entirely sure how it hasn't happened yet.

Well, the wait is up! The New Jersey rockers have unveiled plans to open up proceedings for the Las Vegas quartet, at their upcoming summer performance at Wembley Stadium.

The show will see Gaslight take to the stage prior to the 'Battle Born' band in the main support slot, as the two bands head up what looks to be an evening filled to the brim with the best of current American rock music.

And that's not the only time that the Jersey boys will be visiting our shores in 2013. They've already got a full headline tour planned, dates below, which sees them join up with the mighty Japandroids for nine UK shows.
