Savages, The Twilight Sad, Perfume Genius added to Plisskën Festival
Acts join the likes of The Horrors and Waxahatchee at Athens bash
Savages, Perfume Genius and The Twilight Sad are amongst a host of names added to 2015’s Plisskën Festival.
The event, which takes place in Athens on 5th-6th June, has already announced The Horrors, Squarepusher and Mogwai as its headliners, performing alongside the likes of Waxahatchee, Iceage METZ and Mudhoney.
Savages are currently working on the follow-up to their debut album ‘Silence Yourself’ after releasing a collaborative effort with Bo Ningen, titled ‘Words To The Blind’, at the end of 2014. The band have been announced for a number of summer festivals including 2015’s Field Day.
Plisskën 2014 hosted the likes of Wild Beasts, Mount Kimbie and 65daysofstatic, and takes place at Athens’ Hellenic Cosmos Cultural Centre.
