The Japanese House debuts ‘Clean’ from new EP
Amber Bain follows this year’s ‘Pools to Bathe In’ with a new release in November.
Amber Bain aka The Japanese House has announced a new EP, ‘Clean’, which is being led with a title-track.
Following on from this year’s ‘Pools to Bathe In’, the new EP is self-produced - with additional production from The 1975’s George Daniel and Matt Healy - and it’s due out 6th November via Dirty Hit.
The title-track debuted on Zane Lowe’s Beats 1 show, and it sees Bain continuing down the path set by her debut. There’s a mix of multi-layered vocals and attention-stealing production tricks, all contributing to a forward-thinking take on pop that initially overwhelms before settling into a groove.
