The Last Shadow Puppets get suitably dramatic on ‘Is This What You Wanted’ video

The Last Shadow Puppets released their second album ‘Everything You’ve Come To Expect’ earlier this year, touring every festival going throughout the summer.

Over those shows, their cover of Leonard Cohen’s ‘Is This What You Wanted’ became a live favourite, and has now been given a new video.

The new clip sees Alex Turner on particularly sleazy form, squirming his way around a set in his now customary way. It comes as part of a new EP, ‘The Dream Synopsis’, which also includes covers of The Fall, Jacques Dutronc and more. It also includes two reworks of tracks from the band’s second album - the EP’s title song, and ‘Aviation’. The new release arrives on 2nd December.
